Terms of Service (Australia) — Made to Order Products & Dropshipping

Welcome to Awesome Human! By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

 

 1. Made to Order & Shipping by Manufacturer

All our products are made to order and shipped directly to you from our manufacturer in Melbourne, VIC.

Manufacturing lead times are typically 2–3 weeks from order placement.

After manufacturing, the manufacturer handles shipping and delivery.

We will keep you updated on your order status and provide tracking information once your order ships.

 

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in AUD and do not include GST as we are not GST registered and can't charge it.

Payment is required at purchase. 

We reserve the right to adjust prices and availability without notice.

 

3. Australian Consumer Law Rights

Your purchase is covered by the Australian Consumer Law which guarantees products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

 Faulty or damaged products are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.

4. Order Cancellation

As products are made to order, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, production will usually have started, and cancellation may not be possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Products ship directly from the manufacturer via Australia Post and other carriers.

 

6. Liability

Awesome Human is not liable for shipping delays or damages caused by Australia Post, or other carriers. 

We will assist you with any issues in line with consumer protections.
