Change of Mind

We hope you love your new Awesome Human pieces! If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a store credit for full-priced items returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

📝 Please note: Change of mind returns are not eligible for refunds — store credit only.

💡 Sale items are final and cannot be returned or credited for change of mind.

Eligibility for Change of Mind Returns

To be eligible for store credit, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Be in original, unused condition — unwashed, unworn, unperfumed, and free from stains or damage

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Be a full-priced item

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair as per your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the fault (if possible)

We’ll assess the issue and get back to you with the next steps — whether that’s a refund, replacement, or repair.

How to Return an Item

To lodge a return, please email us at admin@awesomehuman.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping on change of mind returns.
🚚 We recommend using a trackable method — we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked items.

Store Credit Details

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue you a non-expiring store credit to your Awesome Human account.
