1. Manufacturing & Dispatch

Your order is made to order by our manufacturer in Melbourne, VIC.

Manufacturing lead time is approximately 2–3 weeks.

Once manufacturing is complete, your order is shipped directly to your delivery address.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping is managed by the manufacturer, using Australia Post and possibly other carriers.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include all charges.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

After dispatch, delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen service.

Typical Australia Post delivery within metro areas is 2–5 business days.

Regional or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

4. Tracking & Notifications

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Use the provided tracking number to monitor delivery status on Australia Post’s website.

 

5. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your parcel is lost or damaged.

We will work with the manufacturer and Australia Post to resolve any issues.

Note that delivery insurance or signature on delivery may not be included by default.
